The Structure

La struttura si compone di quattro unità abitative (Alba, Tramonto, la Taverna del Cuore e il Nido d’Amore) completely refurbished maintaining the original shape, and using typical materials of the Valley, all wooden ceiling with exposed beams, natural stone walls and roof with stone slates. Each housing unit is equipped with a kitchen (with refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, plates, cutlery, crockery, towels), pellet stove, LED TV, washing machine, clothesline, water heater, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, camping cot, mattresses. and memory pillows, deck chairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

L’Alba

The "Alba" apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It's a 5beds accommodation, a double and a single one in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

IL Tramonto

The "Tramonto" apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. It's a 3 beds accommodation: double bed in the bedroom and a single one in the living room, if necessary used as a sofa.

The Tavern of the Heart

The "Taverna del cuore" apartment, located on the ground floor, consists of a nice studio apartment that has maintained the architecture of the old stable once located here; the ceiling consists of two arched vaults, one in brick and one in exposed stone. The kitchen, the fixtures and the various solid wood details come directly from local craftsmanship. The apartment provides for stays of up to 2 people with a comfortable and cute four-poster bed.

The Love Nest

"Il Nido d’Amore", located on the ground floor, is a romantic apartment consisting of a studio apartment, also once used as a stable where the families of the township met to spend nice evenings in company. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, who can spend the night on a picturesque four-poster bed under a brick and stone vault. The kitchen, the fixtures and the various details in solid wood again come from local craftsmanship.

In just 3 years, with a lot of commitment and passion, Remì has managed to refurbish his native house and give it a special and unique charm!
